Over the years, our clients have tended to call on us when things are not at their best.   In response, we named our company The Outset Group to represent the value of getting things right up front.

When that doesn’t happen, we apply management where it is most needed.  We work with all involved parties.  We assess, organize, and move things in an optimal direction.

Our role can range from taking full accountability for project leadership to working quietly behind the scenes, as dictated by the situation and the direction from our sponsor.
