Our largest audience for this curriculum is professionals from a technical background who are called upon to fill a management role.  Other students may have followed a business or management career path without exposure to the fundamental principles, skills, and tools that are the bedrock of successful management. Some may have had exposure but need a “refresher”.

We borrow liberally from the fields of assertiveness, listening skills, martial arts, accountability, reality therapy, time management, communication by objective, child development, parenting, and human behavior to frame the principles of effective management. Then we teach the use of documents and tools to help our students walk the walk.
