IIBA™ Business Analysis
Outset Management Training gained Endorsed Education Provider status with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in 2008. We submitted our entire eleven day program for IIBA accreditation, and it was granted.
This program has evolved to become a concise, detailed overview of the principles, tools, language and skills that succeed in the profession of business analysis. It is also modular, with seminars geared to project managers and executives who interact with business analysis constantly with no clear understanding of the principles, tools, and language being used.
On the other end of the spectrum, professional business analysts will appreciate our Detailing Business Data Requirements seminar, which focuses on the “non-functional” (ie technical) requirements process, from initial diagramming tools to use cases, scenarios, and relationship diagrams.
